All treatments are performed by qualified professionals and require prior consultation.
Appointments & Cancellations
Our clinic operates by appointment only, available Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 9 PM and Saturday & Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM. Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
Eligibility
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive treatments. A medical history and consultation may be required before undergoing certain procedures. We reserve the right to refuse treatment based on medical contraindications or other professional reasons.
Payment & Refund Policy
Payment is required at the time of service. We accept major credit/debit cards and other accepted payment methods. Refunds are not provided for completed treatments. However, if a treatment is deemed unsuitable for you after consultation, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Medical Disclaimer
Our treatments are cosmetic and do not replace medical procedures or professional medical advice. Results may vary based on individual factors such as skin type, age, and lifestyle. We provide aftercare advice, and it is the client’s responsibility to follow these recommendations to achieve optimal results.
Liability
Mr Botox at Marylebone Aesthetic Medicine and its practitioners shall not be liable for any adverse reactions or complications arising from treatments where aftercare instructions have not been followed. Clients are required to disclose all relevant medical history, allergies, and current medications before treatment.

We respect client confidentiality and handle all personal data in accordance with data protection laws. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
